Basado en un perfume lanzado originalmente por Casamorati en el siglo XIX, Bouquet Ideale es el resultado de un ambicioso desafío que el fundador de Xerjoff, Sergio Momo, se propuso a sí mismo. Al descubrir una muestra del perfume original, que tenía una composición mayoritariamente floral, se esforzó por recrear la fragancia sin utilizar ninguna nota floral.
